I think for me it would be seeing others grow and develop. I love to spend the time with clients at the beginning learning about them and their business and then seeing them 12 months later and what they have achieved in that time for me is so rewarding.

I've always had a great work ethic even since my time as a paperboy at 13 I also did my best to turn up every day unless very ill.
I had a very successful carrier before starting on my own I worked hard and always tried to do better than my co-workers, and was very good at building the business. Getting more sales, finding and training better staff just seemed to come second nature to me.
One day I realised if I can do this for my current employer maybe I could do this for others? I have always enjoyed sharing my skills and knowledge with others so this seemed to make sense to me.
