Sam responded almost immediately to my request for a quote and then quickly visited me to survey the room that I wanted extended. He clearly explained what needed to be done and very quickly provided me with a very competitive quote.
Sam/Jack dealt with all aspects of the conversion including obtaining the necessary approval from the planning authority, complying with building regulations. The Building Inspector approved all the work that had been undertaken with flying colours!
I must compliment Jack and his workmen for their politeness and for being so helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. They cleaned up after each stage and took great care not to damage my home.

I was so impressed by the workmanship that I asked Sam/Jack to undertake additional work such as laying block paving on my drive and patio area. Also I had concerns about the drainage at my property. Sam very quickly identified the problem which required modifying the existing sewer. The work was completed in 2 days with minimal disruption.
