After several quotes, meetings and site visits with various companies we have chosen to go forward with Build It Green to build our new 3 bedroom dormer bungalow.
Both my husband and I have really liked all the staff we have met and spoken to. Them seem very professional, but also friendly.
Of all the companies we received quotes from, they supplied us with the best one (not the cheapest, unfortunately). It was a really detailed quote with 3d images of our house in panel form accompanied by a detailed costing breakdown.
But the main reason we decided to choose Build It Green, was the local site visit we had. The site crew seemed lovely and really great at what they do. It was so amazing to see how well run the site was as well as the speed of progress they were able to make. The workers had only been on site for 5 days and it was astounding the progress they had made. We were so impressed and interested we went back 3 days later for a sneaky look from the road side, and we were lucky enough to bump into the clients whose build it was and they informed us they were very happy with their choice of company to build their house and of all the companies that had been involved so far, Build It Green were the best to deal with and the best at resolving problems. This was enough to convince my husband and I. Now we just have to hope our build goes as well as the one we visited. I can't wait for ours to start!
