I have two bum shoulders and she modified my workouts to avoid re-injury. She varies each session so I was never bored and always managed to get the best out of you. She strikes the right balance of pushing (she can tell when you're coasting) and motivating you to go beyond your comfort zone. Firstly I would like to thank Hamid for his time and efforts he has put into my journey. I've never been the most proactive throughout life however I've had my stages and in the last 4 years Hamid has been there to pick me up and motivate myself and health goals. Like a few people out there IVe had challenges with Medication to support my breathing conditions which has caused me differculty in overcoming a mental barrier.
