This strategy incredibly works well so I could feel differences on my stamina during running - 5K or 8K I never got tired or heavy breathing which bothered me a lot in the past. Also, My lower back and hip pain are totally gone by doing these programmes. I highly recommend him and his solution if you have some puzzling issues on your regular workout as he will be the best person to open the door to how to address. Which means, it could be harder and overwhelming during the session as his session is defo demanding. But it’s worth it!
