We started from scratch in March. Carter tailored the exercises to my abilities and in the 6 months since I have regained huge flexibility -- so much strength in my arms and legs and I do exercises I never thought I could do.
Carter is very encouraging and gives praise where due but also makes you work hard.which I appreciate.,
