My History: I started boxing for the Fisher Amatuer Boxing Club in Bermondsey, London in 1979 when I was 9 years old. I then went on to have my first fight in 1980 when I was 10 and continued to box competitively until 1989, having over 40 fights. Thankfully, I had a very good record, winning most of my fights until I unfortunately suffered a bad injury and was forced to retire from competing.

Melchi is very knowledgeable and really started working on an overall fitness plan, at every session working different groups of muscles.
