We can also help you migrate from any system onto XERO and can help you be set up from start to finish, this means you can have management reports automated via XERO. We can also provide monthly management accounts which are always checked by a a qualified accountant, you also have access to staff through out the week in case you should have any queries on your accounts. Our staff are specialist bookkeepers and trained in XERO , they work to a high specification and complete tasks in a very timely manner as they have the support of an accountant through out in case there are any queries. We work with a number of clients who require weekly or monthly bookkeeping from a minimum of half a day a week up to 3 days a week.

What do you love most about your job?

We love helping people with the bookkeeping and seeing the results at the end, we have worked with many clients and it s a joy when the books are up to date and they are enjoying the benefits of having up to date information.

What inspired you to start your own business?

Simply we love bookkeeping, its very logical and a skill not everyone will have the time to master, we also saw that there was a gap in the market for small companies that required bookkeeping help on a part time basis but it was not easy for them to find. We thrive on being able to provide a part time bookkeeping service to our clients with access to staff through out the week

We can help clients realise the full potential of there underlying records when they are turned into meaningful management accounts. We provide ourselves on helping and supporting Small and medium sized enterprises grow, this means we can work with you both online and remotely. The cloud technology we use means that overall bookkeeping costs are reduced, the quality of work is improved significantly and turn around times are excellent. You may feel and think that you would require a bookkeeper to be onsite etc but with the technology we use we can deliver a remote service and improved data within the accounting systems.

Of course at the start of any engagement we understand that clients may require more support to get set up and see how the regular bookkeeping will work. We can provide this support in person and once the process is embedded we can switch to remote working entirely.

We have used this process numerous times with our past and existing clients. Once of the most satisfying points for us is to see our clients businesses prosper and grow to the point it is commercially more advantageous for a client to have their own inhouse bookkeeper-at this point we will help with any handovers so the client records are kept up to date.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?

Our business has been COVID proof before the pandemic struck, as our work systems and business set up was already remote using the latest bookkeeping technology.

Currently we are conducting more meetings via ZOOM and WhatsApp video, where we have a genuine need to meet with a client (tends to be new clients to assist with the bookkeeping system set up) we will make sure that we are following government guidelines such as wearing masks and meeting in ventilated areas etc
