I agreed a quote with Daniel Moon, which was for parts and labour, to replace an insulated hot tank which had sprung a leak on the Friday evening before a bank holiday weekend. We could survive until the Tuesday having other facilities. Elliott arrived pretty well on the dot of eight o’clock as agreed with the major pieces of kit and set to. He was a very agreeably personality and explained what he was doing as necessary. A problem with a flange necessitated him going to Crowborough, Uckfield and eventually Tunbridge Wells but he tracked one down. Owing to the quirks of our system, he eventually left at 6.45 pm with hot water flowing.
Full marks for the plumbing, the effort, the courtesy, the outcome. If one thing could be improved it would be the laying of druggets before working. But overall I would certainly employ Ability Plumbing Heating Electrical again. Pretty well full marks for a long and arduous day. Thank you.
