A friendly well presented plumber (Onkar Singh ) From Alfa Sophia Plumbing & Heating,  he and his team who arrived exactly at the time he said he would,worked diligently and left a spotless work space. It was a pleasure to meet a trades person who was totally focused on the job in hand, who was honest and up-front with the cost and furthermore, did not overcharge. The follow up telephone call to check that we were satisfied showed that this plumber cared about his work. To say we were impressed is an understatement!

I CANNOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY HIGHLY ENOUGH!!!! Such a fantastic honest service from Ryan. What a top engineer. Totally knows his stuff. Ryan replaced a pump last year. However, I could not get hold of him recently when my hot water system went down again this week, so called another company, who immediately quoted to replace the 1 year old pump for nearly £500. But, hurrah then got hold of Ryan again, who went out of his way to come and diagnose the problem for himself. He found it was nothing more than a blockage and saved me hundreds of pounds. What a star! It is so rare to find such nice professional and trustworthy plumbers who really know their trade. I will always do all of my work with Ryan. So grateful, thank you! If there were 6 stars he would get 6!
