We try to make the whole process easy for you by offering advice, providing samples and working with you to meet deadlines and work around other trades if necessary. We always welcome visitors to our workshop and showroom so that you can see what we do and have the confidence to trust us with your project.

Some of the pieces we make can be ordered and confirmed online or by telephone very easily. They just require you to confirm dimensions and/or colours and finishes, and we can send out samples for approval. Other work, including fitted furniture or leather handrails, will require site visits which can be arranged at times convenient to our customers.
We always arrange to be on-site at a pre-arranged time and confirm exactly who will be attending. We always wear PPE including facemask (and gloves where required), carry bacterial wipes/gel, and clean down all areas where we have had contact. Where possible we arrange to meet with only one member of a household or business where face-to-face discussions are needed. Finally, we always practice safe distancing. These practices are also put into place for anyone visiting our workshop.
