My special area of counselling is working with identity, autonomy and personality issues; and how these interrelate within relationships. Unable to express or accept our authentic Self may generate a myriad of feelings such as guilt, aggression or low self-esteem. I am open to the use of creative techniques, such as dreamwork, imagery and chair work.
I also offer remote counselling via online or telephone sessions. I mostly use Zoom or WhatsApp for video calling. If telephone counselling is preferred, I call my clients on the specified number.
Remote counselling is a flexible way to seek help as it can be arranged in any private, comfortable and safe environment, such as your home or car. You may wish to use head or earphones to reduce the extent of our conversation being overheard. There is no need to travel to see each other in person and there is greater flexibility regarding availability.
