I went for counselling because I didn’t want to repeat the same mistakes I had made before in my relationships. I wasn’t sure that it could work for me, but it has. I highly recommend Sally, she really helped put me at ease. And I am now happy to say I feel confident in a relationship and to finally give it my all.

Are you struggling with grief and moving forward after loss? Do you feel overwhelmed by sadness? Do you have feelings of regret, guilt, resentment, hopelessness? Are you struggling to focus, make decisions, make future plans? Are you looking for help? You've come to the right place! Having experienced multiple losses during my life and not having had the right knowledge, tools, processes or support meant I was stuck in the pain of grief for years. Now, I am passionate about helping people struggling with grief to learn how to move forward and get their life back. After an initial conversation, if appropriate, I will offer you a FREE 30-minute discovery call. The purpose of the call is to understand more about how grief, past and present, has impacted you, and answer questions about my programme and how it works. We will explore if you need support and if we would be a good fit to work together. If we decide we are, then we can go ahead and get you booked up. If not, I will signpost you to other resources.
I love working with clients who have tried many approaches and still feeling stuck, move forward to get their life back. I love that I can teach people a process that is practical, action-based, step by step, and can transform their lives. My programme helps them to reclaim their peace, productivity, passion for life, and purpose.
Growing up I had many bereavements.
My mum died when I was 13 and then a brother from a sudden and massive heart attack. My sister had a delayed grief reaction and took her own life and then my father died.
I struggled to be productive at work and felt empty and lost and wondered what life was about and became very fearful of death and dying.
I was stuck in the pain of grief for years. Having been on a journey of healing my grief, I am now passionate about supporting those struggling with grief to move forward after their loss and avoid years of pain and therapy.
Clients should choose me because I am committed to helping them get breakthroughs in their grief journey. I have extensive personal experience and have been trained as an Advanced Grief Recovery Method Specialist.
I provide my services online only via Zoom. I offer 1:1 and group programmes.
I work only online so customers are safe from COVID 19
