A Little Dog Called Grief

Coaching to help you to understand, process and express your emotions. Helping you to feel it all. Group and individual sessions available. I have 10 years of personal experience in this work. My own coach said that you have to have been to the gates of hell yourself to be able to coach someone to get to the other side. I'm on the other side and I want to help you to help you to get there too. I also have experience in resolving trauma and anger management. Instagram @alittledogcalledgrief

What do you love most about your job?

I love the connection, and helping to people feel seen. Grief can be a lonely place, but it doesn't have to be. I believe in the power of story-telling, community and kindness.

What inspired you to start your own business?

I've been an avid student of grief for the past 10 years, having lost 5 very close relatives at a relatively young age. Back then, and even now, I think the world is lacking accessible services for people who are grieving. I wanted to create a community where people feel seen, and start honest conversations about grief. I'm also passionate about coaching, and helping people to solve their own problems.

Why should our clients choose you?

Unfortunately, I have experience that can't be bought. It can't be taught on a course, it has to be lived. I've had a long career of working with vulnerable people, and creating a space for people to express their emotions. Grief isn't something that someone can get over. It has to be lived through. I have a fresh perspective on grief coaching helping my clients to fully feel all of their emotions - even seemingly negative ones, and to get back to a life living with grief.

Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?

My services have been moved to online via Zoom. If in person, I will make my clients feel as safe as possible in line with both their own comfort and government guidelines
