My aim is to allow people to express their anxieties and concerns and to feel a little calmer and perhaps have a better understanding of themselves. I can help facilitate healing and a re-connection to their inner wisdom. I'm a fully qualified holistic counsellor and clinical hypnotherapist.

Thank you so much to Caroline for my soul plan. It helped me see clearly what I need to focus on to be my best self and I was blown away by how accurate it was! It’s really helped me feel empowered and also know I’m on the right track and path already and I feel excited about where I’m going and my purpose. I highly recommend Caroline and having a soul plan reading

Helen was recommended to me by a friend and it's the best recommendation I've ever had. I saw Helen for a few weeks and through her excellent skills I was able to sort out the complete muddle in my head and get to grips with things again seeing a more positive future ahead of me. I feel much calmer. I would certainly see her again if the need arises and if I need I will be straight on the phone to her.
As someone who has also been driven to help others right from the word go, I am focusing my skills and qualifications on mental health. I hold a level 3 Diploma in Counselling and am ACCPH acreddited member.

Most of us experience rocky patches at times, anxiety, panic attacks, depression, relationship problems and trauma, so being able to have the opportunity to tell me your story and gain insight and perspective whilst finding the way forward, can be a welcome relief. I also help people who are experiencing sight loss or live with someone that is. Talking to a counsellor who understands can be hugely beneficial, especially at the point of diagnosis where you may experience challenging and painful emotions.

A warm welcome, Welcome, I am a counsellor who's specialises in working with those experiencing loss through both family estrangement/alienation and bereavement. I have carried out intensive training around both issues . Life can seem extremely difficult at times as we may face situations that are challenging to deal with on our own. This can leave us feeling quite vulnerable and alone in the world, and may be caused by situations that seem out of our control.

I am a qualified counsellor working with young people aged 12 upwards, adults and older people offering face to face counselling, both short and long term. I currently work in private practice as well as for a local charity delivering generic counselling and Anger Management counselling. My formal training was in Humanistic Counselling based on Person-Centred approach. The humanistic approach provides the client with an opportunity to explore their self-development, so they have a deeper understanding of who they are and what they are feeling, resulting in improved self-awareness.

I am a private Counsellor and Life Coach. There are times in our lives when we need someone to talk to that isn't connected to us in any way. This might be to work out why we feel the way we do, or why we keep repeating the same patterns of behaviour. Or it might be that we want to explore what our life means to us. I offer a safe, confidential and non-judgemental space for this exploration and to help you move forward.

The Volunteers also have access to ongoing training, supervision and support and attend regular team meetings. We are organisational members of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy As one volunteer described our service " Watching users struggling to get thro the door.. Short time.. Holding a hand, sharing.. Leaving with a hint of a smile."
"Watching users struggling to get thro the door.. Short time.. Holding a hand, sharing.. Leaving with a hint of a smile" This how one of the team described our work and this really is what we are here for.
We are community organisation rather than a business and we created this because there were a lot of people struggling with bereavement and loss and either didn't know where to access support in the community or couldn't afford to get help. Our service is informal and each client is treated on an individual basis and we build a rapport with them over a period of time. In addition to the counselling sessions,we have created drop in and chat sessions for those who feel able to talk with others in similar situations.
We are a community organisation specialising in bereavement support but we can also undertake other areas of counselling and support as needed.
We are all trained counsellors and are covered by insurance
Our fees are by donation
We have a lovely sitting room with a garden that provides a tranquil and discrete setting
