I’m a male practitioner currently only operating remotely. I'm an accredited life coach, counsellor and psychotherapist who's passionate about helping others with compassion, empathy and understanding. I have spent many years supporting people through mental health challenges, difficult life events and helping others to find their direction. I believe in getting to the root of the problem through introspection and constructive conversation to heighten self awareness and find strategies, tools or new perspectives that can bring about lasting change.

I provide a safe, friendly and non-judgemental environment to confidentially explore and process difficult thoughts and feelings, These feelings will often be around issues such as Anxiety, Depression, Anger, Bereavement, Abuse and bullying, Low confidence and Self-esteem, OCD, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, Sexual Abuse, Self harm and suicide. Though all feelings are all normal under the circumstances, they can feel isolating, confusing and that no one could help.

I love enabling people to work through challenges of life, finding joy and reaching their goals.
From a young age I’ve always wanted to ‘help’ people in whatever way I could. I soon learned that I was very much a people person and always wanting the best for them, particularly if they were going through rough periods in their lives. Throughout my working history, within the social work and care sector I have enjoyed supporting people as a manager as well as a practitioner. I have had the privilege to work with people from all different backgrounds and gaining specialist skills, knowledge and understanding from working with men, children, teenagers, families, vulnerable women and the elderly, supporting them through deep pain, health issues, trauma and lives hardships. I attended a number of short coaching courses to enhance my caring skills and put them into practice whilst supervising staff and clients.
When I left school, I went straight to college and gained a qualification in Social care. From there I worked with people with physical and learning disabilities enabling them to use their abilities to live as independently as possible. In terms of my educational progression, I completed a years’ qualification in Social and community work and went straight onto study to become a Social worker and enjoyed supporting people.
I have also utilised my caring and coaching skills, with friends and family and I’m known to all of my friends as the one they come to when they need to talk/get something off their chest. I simply want to see people come through lives difficulties, learn from it and get through to support someone else.
Yes, I can have sessions through, whatsapp face time, skype, talk on the phone and other online means which we can arrange.
I worked from home. However, with online coaching, covid 19 would not prevent a session from happening, unless this was due to ill health.
