If like me, you know nothing about roofs or leaks, when a leak happens in your roof, you go to immediate panic and dread. Well this happened to me in a house I have never even seen . It's rented. William called and talked me off the proverbial ledge! With the vaguest of descriptions, he went to have a look at the roof. The property is home to an elderly tenant and William took the time to have a look around the property and assessed the problem. He rang me and told me the two options, in his advice, the cheapest was in this case the best. He booked the job and wouldn't take a deposit. William completed the job in a timely manner and took all the waste away. The tenant was happy and so were we. I couldn't recommend him enough to do a job. We would use him again and are very thankful for his expertise. All the panic I had before he called dissipated the moment he got in touch and that's what you want from a tradesman.
