The only builder to return a call and visit? Other than bark I applied for a roofer/builder on two other top trust web sites, only bark delivered for us with Window Warrenty taking the time to visit and quote, top marks all round

Amazing process from start to finish might not of been the cheapest but no pushy salesman and the workmanship is fantastic would definitely recommend thanks again 😀

I would just like to thank everyone involved in the service to my windows. I dealt with Pheobe and Lewis who were very patient with me in answering all my questions when making the decision to get this work done. There was absolutely no pressure, nothing but helpful and courteous. The office girls were pleasant and friendly and I can’t fault the workmanship. What a lovely polite chap Phil is.

Very happy with the outcome.
Windows look back to brand new after a full service. Engineers worked hard all day in the sun and office staff were very efficient in keeping me informed throughout the job.

Everything was fine until I decided to cancel the contract. (Within 7 days). Although their Agreement states that refunds will be made 'not later that 14 days after cancellation', it was over a month until I received my deposit of £500, despite several phone calls and an email. They gave me all sorts of excuses when I phoned, which I considered to be delaying tactics. They didn't have the courtesy to reply to either my cancellation email or the one I sent chasing up the refund.
I would never consider using this company again. More...

Very disapointing, Rep was full of promises how work would be carried out. men had scaffolding in van! asbestos would be removed within regulations. Front of house work done very quickly, rear over conservatory, no scaffold. Still waiting. More...

However, I feel this review is a little unfair as you are aware as we were let down by the scaffolding company and will be completed as soon as the correct safety measures are in place. What an absolute waste of space this company is!
I arranged for a quotation for Seamless Aluminium Guttering for the front of my house, and informed them that my neighbour would be interested in having his done at the same time.
The guy turned up slightly earlier than booked, which I wasn't bothered about as it saved me sitting around waiting.
He made an assessment of my requirements, and then went with my neighbour to check his.
On his return, he informed me that he had taken pictures and would contact me with a quote. I asked him for a ball-park figure but he just said it was difficult to do so there and then.
After 3 days of hearing nothing, I contacted the person who initially arranged the quotation visit who said that he couldn't understand what had happened and he would look in to it and get back to me. I'm still waiting!
10 days after the quotation visit I received a phone call from another person from this company asking if I was satisfied with the quote. I informed him that I had not received a quote.
After some discussion he asked if he could arrange another visit for two days later between 10am & 12pm, to which I agreed.
On the agreed day I was invited to a last minute event which I had to decline because of the pending appointment, and guess what? Yep! The the time-wasting idiot never showed up!
If this is how this company performs, then I don't hold out much hope for their future! But I bet when times turn difficult, they'll be pulling out all the stops, and I just hope that I might need some work done then. But guess who won't be getting a sniff at my business?
Total waste of time! If you want my advice, take your business elsewhere! More...

Price quoted was a joke, £9,000 to replace gutters, 0thers quoted £2600 for the same job..
