We wish to acknowledge the assistance of all the team at Watson’s in Holt gave myself and my wife in marketing, selling and assistance in supporting the sale process of our property in Weybourne. This must have been more than there usual property sales service as we do not live locally (at least 2 hours away) and our property was empty. What was particularly important is that he Winter was extremely cold earlier this year and the staff took turns in monitoring the heating in the property to ensure no burst pipes.We must thank them all for their diligence.H & G More...

Holt has many estate agents to choose from and I shopped around. I settled with Watsons and was glad to have done so. They were most helpful, courteous, not too pushy, but firm when they needed to be. Excellent service. I purchased a property being sold via Watsons, it was a very simple purchase with no complications, chains etc so I had minimal dealings with them, but on the rare occasions I needed to be in touch they were responsive, knowledgeable, helpful and polite.

This report consists of a detailed visual inspection of the building, its services and the grounds and is more extensive than a Home Survey Level 2.
