Fast response to request for quote, but not local, and wrongly assumed I requested 3r party monitored alarm for a monthly fee. When corrected they were not geared up to provide alarm install without monitoring - so being the No.1 installer in Europe is a fairly meaningless boast. More...

I almost cancelled the appointment but when Luiz got here and showed us the product and discussed in detail the pro’s and cons and the Black Friday offer price, we decided to go for it. If I’m honest this was partly because we were about to move into our new home in St Helens after downsizing (and our protective sons have flew the nest) so wanted something installing pretty quickly, amazingly Luiz did it that day.
It is monitored and cost us less than we thought for install, and for the cost of a couple of takeaways a month we feel well protected.
In fact I was promised a call from a local alarm fitter who couldn’t be bothered to call us back after contacting him twice so thought maybe using a professional company may pay off and feel really happy we did.

No comment no comments No comment but advised by other security companies to avoid

We had to great guys come and install the alarm telling us how simple it was know more PIN numbers when your old that means a lot.

Awful unprofessional company. Alarm is rubbish, they use extremely cheap equipment and change a premium to double sided tape the sensor to the wall. We had a break-in, their ‘guard’ never arrived and the house contents insurance was void because it was installed by verisure and not a professional alarm company. Very quick to respond. Professional and also friendly. They were patient & explained things in detail in a way I understood. Clean & tidy job. Really happy with the system they put in. I would recommend this system especially for older people as it is easy to use. Overall EXCELLENT.

Very impressed with security consultants/ installers Nasim Ahmed and Genda who are evidently highly competent and knowledgeable, pleasant and polite and not pushy. Installation was rapid with no problems. 4/5 stars only because I've yet to test out Verisure's all-important 24 hr alarm receiving centre and standard of maintenance which I'm hoping will justify the high monthly maintenance charge.
