We have used Johnny for tree removal whist he worked up in our area a few years ago. We were very pleased with the work he and his team did on our behalf. We had a number of species needing to be removed from a property we were selling. From the first contact to the end of the job we knew we had made the right choice. Nothing was too much for Johnny and his team to do. We found him to have an excellent customer service explaining what they were going to do and even arranging to deliver the cut lumber to another address at a fair price. His service is professional and fair. Right to the end of the project it was a joy to have this team carry out the work needed. The property was left tidied up and all cuttings was removed. Safety was always at the forefront of the service provided and the communication to us as the customer was second to none. Any questions or concern we had were very quickly and kindly dealt with. We had Jonny and Emily remove two large conifers on the border with our neighbour. They were both absolutely lovely to deal with.
