Unique Drives and roofing Ltd

The patio looks good but very unfinished I was told no payment until it’s signed off my management but they requested money three times during the construction. I think because I’m elderly ‘86’ I was taken advantage of.
I just want it finished and the items taken from the garage returned. If I can find another contractor to finish it they will have to bill Unique drives and roofing Ltd. Very fed up with them not replying to recorded delivery letters and never returning phone calls. When saying I would hear within hours. You were doing an excellent job to start but the finish is poor and recorded delivery letters a phone calls requesting you come and finish the job are ignored. several Items from the garage are missing, and the side of my house was used as a toilet leaving a horrible smell.
