Terrible. Cons people out of money for doing the least amount of work possible. Don’t believe the Tracing blurb he makes it sound like he will get you a load of information, phone numbers, other members of the household etc and then comes back with just the address for £120. With the sort of tracing details he has access to he could easily have done the other information but just said “ It wasn’t available” in other words he couldn't be bothered to look. I recently had a need to trace a very long lost Friend of over 25 Years. I had exhausted all my own Internet searches and decided to try UK Private Investigators using Internet communication . I posed my questions and received a very prompt reply, that it was possible, a fee was quoted and I was given a 24 hour reply window. . I was assured of a professional and discreet response . Which I received within 24 hours. The report produced some unexpected results, which I felt needed further Investigation for myself. . I contacted UK private investigators on the 28/06/2019 to help me locate my ex who had run away with my son, I explained the situation in emails and also on the phone, I had stressed that I needed the address for my lawyer in a certain country and that any findings would need to be suitable to be accepted by the courts, We emailed back n forth and questions were asked and answered quickly between ourselves. Then Tim emailed me saying he had an address and asked me to pay £120.00 which I did within minutes via bank transfer, He then sent me an email of an address telling me that his source had confirmed a certain address, I then asked can you be more detailed because this needs to stand in court, I asked in a further 3 emails and received no reply.
Now it is 2020, My lawyer has been working on my case and after a lot of paper trails she tells me that the address which Tim provided me with, well he confirmed 1 of 2 addresses on the same complex in which I had provided him, That my ex had no longer been registered at the address I had provided Tim since September 2017. I then contacted Tim asking him to provide me evidence of his findings so I could forward them to my lawyer,, His replies were always the same, my source said this, my source said that, I called his office on numerous occasions and left messages and i was never called back.
In the end I emailed him saying I was not happy with his service, That I had not been given what I asked for, legitimate findings with evidence which would stand in court, I feel he just took a guess on 1 of the addresses I had provided him and took my money and run.
I warned Tim last week via email that I will turn to social media to warn any potential future desperate fathers not to use his services, I will be sharing my emails and conversations between me and Tim, My call logs showing I had called his offices and warning people about this conman.
How he has such a high review via google I do not know, I genuinely believe that a lot of these must be made up from false accounts or from friends of him, More...

He is basically takes jobs on and posts them to Facebook and private whattsapp groups to non accredited so called investigators. It is hit or miss whether an actual qualified and ICO registered investigator takes the work.

They promise a lot, charge a lot of money, for a flimsy report, of which one address is probably not accurate and they refuse to give me more details, or admit there might be more people with the same name.

This business is a total sham and a front, this man went bankrupt a few years back and set up his own 'PI' company in Tunbridge Wells. The website looks nice and professional but that is where it ends, Tim will lie, cheat, scam and practically do or say anything to get your money. When you dont get the work you asked for he will go to extraordinary lengths to threaten you, lie to you, cover his tracks. He doesnt do anything that cant be done yourself with google or checking credit rating scores etc...its all very simple obvious stuff that he grossly overcharges for and shows pure neglegence in giving you any credibility. You would be wise to STAY AWAY from this company and this horrible, nasty little man. He will only rip you off, scam you, lie to you and create more problems then he will solve. We provided the surveillance upon Mr Anthony Sethill as requested and provided the report to verify this. It is an unfortunate fact that your husband jumped onto a bus with his daughter and the sole (you only paid for one agent) was unable to follow at that point. As per the report, the agent returned t the last address for the duration of the ten hours. ALL of this is in the report.
