Had my small lawn laid six months ago. They did a very good job. Unfortunately I have just been informed by them that it needs to be 'serviced' every 6 months. For my small lawn I was told it would cost £200. They then said without the maintenance services the 10 year warranty that they keep mentioning in all their posts would be void. So, in my case it would cost £4,000 (assuming the price does not increase in 10 years) to keep the warranty. I could relay my lawn 4 times for that. Not a word anywhere on their site or contract to say their warranty is a total con. Be very careful and ask for written confirmation that they stand by their warranty without the extortionate extra's😡 More...
