Mark, Owen and Kurt worked hard all day helping me move out of a cottage. There were awkward stairs and they tried hard to lift things out carefully. I am most grateful to them.

Mark and his young helper moved a van load of furniture for us from a rental property in Bristol to storage in Chepstow. He arrived on time, and was very helpful in dismantling furniture and sorting out what should go. The storage unit had to be rearranged to fit the stuff in and both Mark and Zak were patient and professional in getting the job done, even though it took much longer than anticipated. I required a motorcycle move and he turned up with no ramps and suggested we lift a 350lb bike into the van, which I thought was very unprofessional! Due to it being so heavy he used another customers plank of wood that could of potentially snapped in the process! During our journey which was only an hour long, the bike fell and snapped off one of my wing mirrors and scrapped the visor on the front of the bike! Clearly it was not tied down properly. He only settled to deduct £20 of the price even though I have to now buy new wing mirrors and a new front visor. He also tried blaming the selling for not taking the wing mirrors and visors off even though they have never been removed or taken off, it was purely because of the fact that the bike was not secure in that van. Follow on, please can you make sure you look after the items that I had pointed out and covered and Mark said dont worry I do this every day. I was worried not everything would fit in the 2 Van's and I told him this, he said it will, that he couldnt get another van, despite at the beginning saying he could hire 3, because he only had 2 licensed drivers. We had to leave several things behind at a neighbours, which means driving back 160 miles to collect them.. When we got to the other end I was shocked to see there was paint in a box that they had put on its side. Mark casually said dont worry we can chuck it all out, despite there being sentimental items from my grandad in there. They got paint on my bags, worse was they had put garden furniture up against my cream cuddle chair which I had given them a cover for and had not even covered it therefore it was filthy. Many units which were In perfect condition were scratched, a garden ornament my dad had given me before he Died had been broken and they had just chucked the broken part in another box. Mark broke a bedside table and said, oh it doesnt matter it wasnt that good, despite it costing £200. They stored items in a garage as we could not get into house and a few days later, when we opened the garage we found the wardrobe doors we had so carefully covered, just chucked one on top of each other with boxes on top and bowed. A TV was right at the back leant against the wall with heavy glass mirrors against it. Mark dragged a
expensive glass mirror across the van floor and we had to say pls be careful. He said he would go through his insurance as there was quite a bit of damage which he saw himself, and I had photos of before and after,. However the next day, he told me, he would not be going through insurers as it would cost him too much money, and offered me £125 off. Despite my items being damaged running into thousands. If you want a removal firm to look after your belongings please dont use him. The other people on his team were helpful, but I feel as he is a partner the other partner should have said something about being g more careful. More...

I used this company to move, I was assured that they would look after my belongings and had covers. On day of removal when I asked where covers were, Mark told me, they had been chucked out the day before, not a good start. Luckily I had my own covers. I showed them around and explained which items I needed them to be careful with, as they were in excellent condition and my friend and I had covered them up to protect them, however when I went to look in the van as they were loading the covers were not on my items. Very professional company , helped with moving garden furniture to my daughters in Kent , very good and helpful driver & mate , would certainly use them again .

I needed some help emptying a storage unit and getting everything back to my house. Mark arrived promptly and we managed to get all my possessions quickly loaded, with him making sure everything was secured safely before we left. Although it was not a huge amount of items to move, there were some heavy and bulky items, and this did not prove a problem, we managed to complete the job within 90 minutes.
