Working with Trademark Home Design was a breeze. Wakass came to our home to measure up . Our small bathroom took a week to complete, the team that fitted our bathroom were professional throughout, they turned up promptly every day and started work ,we would highly recommend this company.

Great service from start and my bathroom looks great

Whilst looking to adapt my parent’s bathroom to suit their needs, i came across Trademark Home Design and requested a quotation. From the moment the chap arrived we felt so comfortable with his presence. I explained my parents are hard of hearing and understanding but despite this he did incredibly well to explain and outline everything that was going to happen. We had two other companies out however Trademark actually listened and delivered what my parents asked for. Trademark have been to my home to fit a bathroom in Nov. 2024, and have since fitted a new stack pipe / soil pipe. On both occasions I could not fault them. Wakas came to our home and gave us advice and recommendations while taking into account our preferences and needs. He is very patient, professional while being friendly and gentle. The plumbers who did the bathroom/wet room were with us for a week. They worked like beavers, were very efficient and we actually had some great laughs too. The chaps who sorted the new stackpipe, once again were friendly and efficient. My partner and I requested a quote from Trademark Bathrooms and were given a time and date from the supervisor. I was kept updated with what day and time the surveyor would be attending and prior to the him coming to my residence. He contacted me, introduced himself and gave and estimated time of arrival.
When Wakas arrived he was very professional, made his formal introduction and then we discussed the bathroom and toilet requirements. Wakes answered all my questions, gave advice and was very knowledgeable about the subject matter.
After taking his measurements we discussed what types of fixtures and fittings that my partner wanted. Again Wakam was very helpful with what we required, after doing a floor plan we sat and discussed the end product.
Wakam walked me through the costings, the lay out of the plan, explained the timescale.
Overall I found Wakam to be professional, courteous and very knowledgeable about what we required. More...

Wakas has done site visits to plan the bathroom refurbishment. He was professional and knowledgeable, so I have agreed to the company undertaking the work - I will be delighted if all aspects of their work are as professional.

He included us every step of the process, explaining in easily understood language, the "hows whys and wherefores" of the work which would be undertake. Really pleased with the work. Always scared when buying online but the lads were really clean and tidy. Price was reasonable, not the cheapest but felt most confident going with Trademark.

Had a full bathroom done including a walk in shower. Really please with the end result. I will post the end pictures on here once i have decorated.

Initial phonecall with Sammie was great who booked me in for a free survey the same week. The surveyor was very knowledgable and patient . He helped me decide the layout of the bathroom and which products would work best for me. The work has been completed to an excellent standard and i have had lots of compliments about it from my family . I would recommend this company to my friends and family for sure. More...

We submitted the job to Bark after we were quoted more than we wanted to pay for a complete new bathromm with walk-in shower.
The company selected offered to do the job mid-August to the same standard and configuration, at a slightly lower price.
I will give them a 5 star rating if the work meets expectations. More...
