He makes the sessions fun which is really important to me. The goals he sets me are manageable but tough, that was also key for me. I have always struggled with my food and this part was the hardest. He helped me with my food plan and made it tasty but also with in my calorie limit which he he did for me. What do you love most about your job?
I enjoy the process, the personal journeys I get the share with my clients, I like knowing what I do makes a difference.
What inspired you to start your own business?
After my grandmother's passing. Despite her best efforts to seek guidance and improve her health, she became an easy target for trainers who only saw her as a source of income.
I also wanted to discover how to improve my own personal fitness as a athlete performing at the highest level in American Football for team GB.
