Jilly was the celebrant at my husbands funeral on the 18/11/24.
Jilly was kind caring and sensitive to our emotions and above all very professional.
The order of the service done by Jilly brought my husband back to life for me.

Wedding Celebrants
Me and my wife chose Jilly as our celebrant from a cast of many. Attentive to our every need, nothing was too much for Jilly as she guided us both through our ceremony script, and individually in writing our vows all completely online.
Our initial conversation allowed us to share our story to date and our ideas of how we wanted our ceremony to tell our story. Through this as well as in-depth couples questionnaires, Jilly created a bespoke script, personalised to our love, experiences and little quirks. We had full control over the content and run plan of the ceremony, with Jilly at the end of the phone, quick to respond to emails and calls. Keen and with a genuine passion, Jilly eagerly viewed our venue shortly after our initial consultation, already doing the groundwork for our big day, building a relationship with our wedding coordinator and viewing the ceremony room, ensuring we had everything we needed in place on the day. Our final meeting with Jilly was the first time we met in person the day before our wedding, where we confirmed final details. Jilly arrived early to help setup, again, going above and beyond to help us in anyway, shape or form.
I cannot recommend TallTreesCelebrants enough. A genuinely lovely, caring, passionate and professional lady. Whether you're after a short and sweet traditional ceremony or something more bespoke, telling your love story with romance, laughter and tears of joy, Jilly won't disappoint.

Jilly was our celebrant for our wedding this year and she was apsoultly amazing from the start! Jilly kept in regular contact and really wanted to no our love story to include in our ceremony, she made sure we had plenty of time to include everything for the perfect ceremony making it unique to our relationship, Jilly went above and beyond to help us peice everything together nothing was to much for her. She responded very quickly to our needs and our day was apsoulty beautiful thanks to Jillys help! It made us feel so much more at ease about our wedding. She truely went above and beyond for us and we cant thank Jilly enough for her services, she is 1 in a million! we would recomend Jilly for any service she provides you would not be disappointed. What do you love most about your job?
There's isn't anything I don't like about my job, bar the book keeping! I love meeting people from all walks of life, getting to know them and working collaboratively to create personalised and meaningful ceremonies. I love to hear the love stories and life experiences and to craft celebratory bespoke ceremonies, that leave lasting memories. I love the variety this work brings to my life. Different people, an array of venues and locations and every ceremony style created to suit each story. My work feels of service for both weddings and funeral plus all the other ceremonies I design i.e. naming ceremonies, memorials, vow renewals and so on. The thing I love most are the outdoor weddings and the quirkier and more unusual, the better!
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have always chosen people centred work and usually with a creative focus. I feel like all my life and work experiences have led me to becoming The Tall Trees Celebrant.

My main desire is for clients to feel comfortable with me and that we have a positive connection. I always want my clients to feel safe with me and to trust in me. I aim to be kind and compassionate and work with your individual needs. I am committed to working respectfully and inclusively with people of all races, orientations, genders, ages, sizes, identities, lifestyles, cultures and disabilities, visible or invisible.

Zoom calls are often my first port of call but in person meetings are truly valuable. I would much rather meet in person and that's my preferable way of working. However, if you are living abroad or in an unmanageable distance from me but have a venue booked locally to Gloucestershire and surrounding counties, it is totally possible to design and create an entire ceremony. Via zoom calls, e-mails and phone conversations etc a ceremony will evolve!
I will always do my best to work flexibly to meet your needs.

My wedding celebrant services can include an array of meaningful rituals, readings, music and anything you desire. The essence of my work focuses on you, your ceremony and your day of celebrating your love.
I will listen deeply to your wedding day hopes, wishes and ideas. I will design your ceremony and conduct it, instilling each moment of your story with warmth and delight. A sprinkling or large dose of humour or quirkiness is optional!

My funeral celebrant services ensure that the ceremony is in calm, caring, creative and compassionate hands.
The preparations and planning for a funeral can be challenging at such an emotional time. I will spend time gently getting to know you and understanding all about your loved one. Respecting this is a sensitive time and going at your pace. With each life being so different, each funeral will reflect this and I will actively encourage ideas from families and friends to create a ceremony that offers comfort and meaning.Reminiscing on your behalf, memories, stories, sharing the personality and essence of the individual whose life is being both remembered and celebrated. At such a tender time, a personalised, heart-led ceremony is an opportunity for rich reflection and to create a vivid picture of the life that was lived with meaningful words, gestures and rituals. Celebrating passions and hobbies, individual values, relationships and friendships, achievements and each unique legacy.
Rituals may include candle lighting, tree planting, rituals with rosemary, the herb of remembrance or anything that feels fitting.
I am honoured to conduct funerals, burials, cremations and connected ceremonies wherever you choose and am happy to explore options with you. It is important to note that services at crematoriums are time limited. Other funeral celebrant services include memorials, interment of ashes, living funerals and pet funerals.
