I can't rave enough about Kitchen Depot in Telford. Our in-house designer - Oliver, was so easy to get on with from the initial site visit all the way through the design and install process too. Despite the fact I changed my mind about a million times, Oli made sure the kitchen was right for us at all times and his communication style worked well with us. Steve and Joe were our kitchen fitters, both absolutely sterling people, professional and supportive at all times and our kitchen was installed within 2 weeks - we couldn't be happier. Was really impressed by Markus our designer, we knew what we didn't want but not want we wanted. He talked us through some options and then on his visit expanded on these to give us something we didn't think would be possible. His eye for detail in colour matching worktops and splash-backs was spot on and as a result a very well put together kitchen. Our fitter Douglas worked hard and solid and his wee finishing touches were very very good indeed. We did have a couple of problems, minor ones, the light on the double oven stopped working on the second use, Markus soon sorted that with a visit and replaced the bulb ( a problem with it coming loose in transit made the fitting a wee bit unstable) and even sorted out an additional shelf for the oven as it only came with two, one for each oven. I'd have given the review 4 and a half stars as the only niggle was a problem with a finishing part. Its my thinking that the back room/office staff that are not customer facing don't like giving bad news (the three week delay in getting the part and getting it fitted) and so despite being told we would get a call to explain this we never ever did which kind of made the fitter look bad when it was never his fault. It felt like we had to chase this again and again when all it would have taken was a call to say sorry here's the reason for the delay and we are working to sort it rather than radio silence. However overall a very good outcome that has been the envy of the family. Would very happily recommend the Kitchen Depot, but if you do have a problem go straight to your designer and don't rely on the backroom folks to keep you posted. More...

Supplied and fitted our new kitchen, highly recommend. Looked at various kitchen suppliers and chose Kitchen Depot Dumbarton due to choice, quality of units shown on display and total price with services included. Vincent was extremely professional in his approach, helped us turn our vision into a kitchen. Both Vincent and Ritchie took care of everything, thro’ planning, purchase of appliances and dealing with 3rd party suppliers (appliances and quartz worktops). During fitting, which included removal of an existing wall, all the team Jack, Kieran and Martin did a great job fitting the cabinets, new lighting and dealing with the quartz installers, plumber and plasterer. We had an excellent experience with the kitchen depot Rosyth!! From the very beginning we had a good feeling. Rikki and Rob were so helpful and guided us through our journey, from picking and planning the kitchen to purchasing the appliances. The fit started on the planned date, Mick was great, very helpful and nothing was ever a problem, we were able to go to him with ideas and he could share ideas he had with us. It helps he also likes barking dogs!! (Jessie misses you) The plumbers and electricians were also good and reliable. We had daily pictures with updates emailed to us and we were always welcome to get in touch if there was anything we wanted to discuss. We have now had the kitchen in for a month and love it so much. Recently had a new kitchen fitted by Gergi. Marcus initially took us through everything at design stage and kept us updated throughout. Gergi was so well organised and was constantly asking questions to make sure everything was as we wanted. A few teething problems with doors etc, but it was seamless to fix and didn’t impact on the project. Nothing was too much of an issue and he was happy to catch any extra bits and bobs. Right from the beginning with Yvonne’s personal service and patience in walking us through the design process, offering great ideas in keeping with our taste and wishes, to delivery, the service and support was simply brilliant. Our own builder installed the kitchen, but the team were on point throughout and we never felt alone. Our builders felt they could engage with the team directly, which helped us too. The guys even engaged with us when we were ordering the appliances independently and Yvonne did an amazing job liasing with, and interacting with a 3rd party Quartz worktop provider. Some hiccups with a couple of items did come a long, which did require us to manage, but Taylan was there for us, with Douglas and Garry also being part of the final touches. Truly a company that goes well above & beyond.❤️ For a comparison, for my brother-in-laws house, we used another more well known branded kitchen company, but experienced very poor service from start to finish- so we were nervous going into this project, but finding The Kitchen Depot was simply a godsend for us. Having moved house, this is my second kitchen from Kitchen Depot Bishopbriggs, and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. My family have also chosen wonderful kitchens from here which still look like they just arrived. The quality of the units, the beautiful solid interiors and attention to detail, plus an exceptional service from a local family business are all at a standard rarely found now. The best in the business, would never consider anywhere else. Clare at The Kitchen Depot Cambuslang has incredible vision and showed us exactly what we wanted before we even knew. Her professionalism and helpfulness made the experience so easy. She was happy to put up with our indecisiveness and put in her own opinion to help settle on schemes and additional touches and add ons. After the first fitter declined the job Paul stepped up and we couldn’t be more happy he did. An incredible team of talented people ensured the job was complete to the highest of standards, constant open communication to ensure we were happy with every aspect and checked each and every panel before they were fitted. We booked a new kitchen with Allan at the Ayr branch after a disappointing experience with another company. We designed our kitchen refurbishment with Allan's help and the installation started 4 weeks after booking as promised. The fitting team led by Stuart were excellent and completed the work to a high standard and were clean and tidy with their work. We had a quartz worktops fitted which added a couple of weeks to the work but that explained at the outset, again this company were very good. I recently had my kitchen designed by Cally from the Telford/Shrewsbury showroom and I’m absolutely over the moon with the end result! When I first met Cally I didn’t have a clue what I wanted, I was in the process of knocking three rooms into one and hadn’t begun thinking about the configuration. Cally was so patient, she listened to my ideas, gave advice and recommendations and spent a lot of time designing multiple kitchens in a variety of colours for me to consider. I’m quite indecisive and overthink things so if she hadn’t of been so patient and supportive I wouldn’t have ended up with the kitchen of my dreams! I still pinch myself when I walk in every morning. So executive summary first - The entire team did a fantastic job, I've a great new kitchen, and I'm more than satisfied with the end results. Hence the 5* review !! Longer story .... My kitchen was bought via the Bishopbriggs branch. I visited loads of places when searching out a new kitchen. All the main competitors. This was for an old tenement flat, with lots of issues to workaround, and involved a major redesign. Jill and Martin were very, very patient, it was a long process, in which my own lack of decisiveness played a major role. Along with several practical issues (I got new boiler installed before the kitchen itself, this led to delays). Jill and Martin were never pushy, didn't call me every 10 minutes with some "our sale offer is only valid for next 3 days" BS, and quickly knew I wasn't looking for a cheap-as-I-can-get solution, rather the right solution for me. The overall design was quickly agreed, but again some practical aspects were troublesome, e.g. I wanted a Belfast sink, but it was relatively far away from waste pipe, which need some extra joinery to hide the piping. Even if overall design was fairly easily agreed, we still changed a few things as we went - several iterations on specific cupboards, flooring, combinations of appliances, etc. Davie and team did the installation in the timeframe agreed, even overcoming a few unexpected difficulties. Nothing is ever 100% perfect, but the entire team had a problem-solving attitude, so the few problems we did encounter were quickly solved. I've dealt with a lot of "tradesman" in/around Glasgow recently, and it's a complete jungle. Davie and team were a bit of an oasis, sadly in the minority, as being completely professional, calm, solution oriented, and always approachable. I'm writing this review a couple of months after installation. In meantime the kitchen has received a lot of compliments. For completeness, I should also mention Dekrastone, Boots Appliances, and Bora who all also helped in the process. I was likely a fairly "difficult" customer to all, though not intentionally so. Like most people who are looking for a new kitchen we visited all the usual kitchen showrooms and were really unimpressed that was until we went to Cambuslang Kitchen Depot where we met Claire and Irene. We were able to take our time and look around the showroom at our leisure without feeling under any pressure and Claire was able to answer and assist us with any questions that we had. Claire assisted us in designing our kitchen and planning the layout we knew then that we had come to the right place to get our kitchen and went ahead and ordered it, we were told our kitchen fitter was Chris and it would be fitted in six weeks Chris fitted our kitchen and I can honestly say that I have never come across such a meticulous, conscientious, professional and decent person his work is second to none and we are absolutely delighted with both the service from Claire and Irene at the kitchen depot and for the Fantastic job Chris made fitting the kitchen.
