Max and Alf did a really thorough job. Completely removed all the old insulation, pigeon nests and mess ( and it was a mess ) and a load of old bits of board and wood i had been using to store boxes on. Fitted new insulation, put wire inside the damaged roof fascia to prevent pigeons getting back in, and fitted a raised boarded area for storage. All of this was done in a day buy 2 very polite & courteous guys. They even hoovered up everywhere their dust sheets had been. Would highly recommend. I have also asked them to quote to replace my soffits, fascias and guttering and have the roofing team booked in for a few days time. More...

I had my attic re- insulated. The service from start to finish was excellent. The original insulation had been installed over 25 years ago and was in desperate need of replacement.
The company went the extra mile to clear out all the old fibreglass (not an easy task) and re insulated (double thickness) with floating boarding.
I am looking forward to reaping the benefits of the quality insulation makes this winter.

Home Insulation(retro-fit)
To top-up existing insulation to the correct recommended depth. Ensuring there is the correct air flow.
Home Insulation removal and re fit
Removing old depleted insulation correctly and safely, replacing with 300mm of knauf 44 mineral wool.
Spray foam removal
Many homes struggle to sell with spray foam insulation. We remove both types of spray foam (open and closed cell) repairing any damage to the roof membrane and any damp.
Properla roof coating
We firstly remove any moss or growth from the roof area, repairing any missing motor or damaged tiles. We would then anti fungal wash the roof killing any spores. Finally we coat the roof using properla clear or a colour of your choice which leaves your home with a roof looking brand new.
Properla masonry crème
This product is for the wall area with its super hydrophobic quality’s it protects cavity wall insulation alternately if you have a solid wall it will enhance the thermal quality and protect from penetrating damp. Comes with a 25 year guarantee.
Properla facade
This is an alternative to using traditional paint for the exterior of your home, Properla facade has hydrophobic capabilities and provides the highest weather protection and thermal quality’s.
The surface will be anti fungal washed before any application and comes with a 10year guarantee.
Loft boarding
We have our carpentry team who specialises in creating a useable space within your loft. With todays regulation of 300mm of loft insulation we create a false floor by raising the joists either with loft legs or c16 timber and using tongue and groove fire safe loft boards.
Cavity wall insulation removal
We can remove all types of cavity wall insulation from cellulose, blown rockwool and formaldehyde foam. Cavity wall insulation has a life expectancy of around 30 years or could be compromised due to penetrating damp. We provide an assessment to understand if yours is doing its job or needs to be removed.
Cavity wall in-fill
We use Thermabead which is a bonding bead, this is the market leader of cavity wall insulation to be retro-fitted. It meets all needs and providing the confidence that there will be no transferring damp which is often seen in more traditional materials.
Corksol Spray coating
Corksol is a new revolutionary material that is made from cork that has insulation properties so good it reduces heat loss by 30%. It comes in 25 different base colours but any can be mixed in order to meet your needs. It will cover most cracks in render and is suitable to go onto any material except silicone.
