We just adopted a rescue who was so anxious and nervous that we both struggled with the stress of trying to keep her calm and in turn this was unsettling our 4 year old sproodle. As I write this we have two sleeping dogs snuggled up in their beds and they no longer dominate the 4 seater sofa. The advice and knowledge Joe has is second to none and all of his advice made sense. I had the pleasure of having Joe train my dogs, and the experience was nothing short of amazing!
I contacted Joe about my 2 year old Rottweiler who was reactive to people entering the house and had no recall, we also have a shih tzu who has changed significantly since Joe visited. From the moment Joe arrived at my home, it was clear that he was incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about what he does. Within 30 minutes he had both dogs on their beds chilling, and he took the time to understand my dogs' behaviours and what we were struggling with and then tailored the training specifically to their needs helping our situation.
Within just a few days, I saw significant improvements in their obedience, responsiveness, and overall behavior. What I appreciated most was his patient, calm approach, he made the process feel stress-free and understandable for me. He also equipped me with techniques to continue reinforcing the training on my own and any questions we had Joe was more than happy to answer.

Joe was fantastic. We have two irish setters, one 9yo & one 2yo. We called joe for the 2yo as he barked aggressively at anyone walking past our house, into our drive or house, he had snapped at delivery drivers and we were at our wits end on what to do with him. Within the first minute of his visit joe identified the older dog as the root of the issue. Joe was with us for 3 hours and in that time he has changed our dogs lives for the better, our neighbour was able to call over, which would send our 2yo into an aggressive episode, and both dogs were calm and controlled during the visist and we were able to take both dogs out on a walk which wasn't possible before. Teddy barked uncontrollably and didn’t like any one coming in or leaving our house or even walking past our garden. He guarded us. On walks he would bark uncontrollably at other dogs and people and wee every couple of houses. He jumped up all over our furniture especially the sofa beside the window so he could see out and bark. Joe called out with us for around 4 hours and now we have been able to walk Teddy without him barking or pulling on the lead. Joe has transformed our young Border Collie pup and our lives as walking him was becoming unbearable. Pulling and barking was becoming a real issue and in the matter of 30mins that all changed when we took him for a walk. Very professional and brilliant at the tactics he preaches. We have an 11 Month old bully that was ignorant and not well responsive. I can’t thank enough Joe for the work he’s done in our household with our three dogs all in one appointment! He’s a very passionate and professional at what he does. We could see a huge difference in all three of them straight away and the best thing is that it will only improve from now on! Joe helped us with our German shepard pup, who was anxious and walking was awful. I needed more training than her as I had become stressed with her pulling and fear behaviour, so with his guidance we are both completely different. He explains dogs body language to help you understand them better, and his suggestions have really enabled us to be in control. I'm no longer reinforcing her fear on walks and she is becoming much calmer which is so good to see. He even came back when we were struggling the next day and put us back on track. 🙂 More...

Joe is amazing at what he does, he has such a calm but assertive energy, we got him out to help our big dog stop pulling on the lead, which he stopped doing immediately with Joe, he then turned his attentions to our little yorkie who turns out has the most issues, very anxious! Joe came to us on Saturday and spent 6hrs with our staffy Loki who was a very boisterous, bad mannered but loveable dog. At the end of 6 quite stressful hrs for the dog and us, Joe had Loki staying in his bed, not touching food and toys left in front of him, not jumping all over us and at tea time that night, we had our tea in peace and the dog in his bed. We got our dog Zoey from a shelter when she was 4/5 months old and experienced some issues with her given her age. She had separation anxiety, pulled on the lead and was reactive to other dogs when out walking. Joe spent 3 hours with us and Zoey is like a new dog. She’s not nearly as anxious or needy, and actually took herself to bed about 3 days after Joe attended which was completely unheard of for our needy dog! Cant thank Joe enough for how he has helped out with our wee Dachsund. Toby is a very anxious dog, he barked and nipped continually at Joe for the first 45 minutes of his visit! 5 Stars 🌟 Joe came out to my house yesterday afternoon, I have an 11 week old Goldendoodle called Bella. Whilst she wasn't really giving me a lot of issues, I wanted to have a good structure to start off with and try and avoid any issues down the line. Bella had started nipping and biting at my 2 young children (as puppies do), and I didn't want the kids to grow afraid of Bella. I had got into the habit of taking Bella to bed with me at night just to get a good night sleep as she was whining and barking non stop if I didn't. Lastnight Bella slept down in her bed in the kitchen ALL NIGHT, there wasn't a single peep out of her at all. I really couldn't believe it!! The nipping and biting has reduced massively when playing now and if she does go to nip then it's stopped immediately and she leaves it be (beforehand she would have continued to come back). Could not recommend Joe enough. I have a 1 year old dachshund puppy who was having a lot of issue being reactive and barking at everything. He was very anxious towards men and children especially. His barking and reactions had gotten so bad no one could visit my house or even knock the door. After the session with Joe he has become a different dog he no longer reacts he is more comfortable in his own skin and is just all around a lovely dog. He no longer barks at everything and has a lot more structure in his days. 10/10 have recommended Joe to everyone I know having dog related issues. He truly has a gift. Joe came to our house today to work with our Fox Red Lab, who basically didn’t know boundaries for personal space, due to poor health there was no way I had the strength to walk her, 3 hours training me the owner & Bailey my Lab plus taking the 12 year old Jack Russell in hand, I have different dogs tonight in my house, who know personal space & the whole family was able to eat without being attacked for food, this man is unbelievable the gift he has is unreal & Im actually looking forward to the future of being able to have a dog as my companion without being covered in bruises due to her having to be jumping all over me to be the centre of attention, my husband thought my head was cut for considering employing these services & apologised after Joe left, completely converted an unbelievable experience for Dogs & their owners

Great to get someone who was very knowledgeable and began training our dog without fuss. It did eat into 4 hours of great work but in my estimation very much needed. Contacted Joe as have a 3 year old extremely Anxious and hyper cockapoo at home who is a huge part of our family but now with having our newborn daughter we knew we needed help to calm him down. From my first conversation with Joe he built me with so much confidence that he could help us relax our dog Galvin which to me was hard to believe as we have tried everything in the past
From the moment Joe set foot into our house and the session began me and my wife couldn’t believe our eyes it was like a miracle. Galvin was no longer running riot around our house barking and jumping he was calm and relaxed. Me and my wife were both amazed and for a moment thought Galvin was a new dog!
Joe also trained me to use the lead as previously Galvin pulled so bad that it was beginning to be so enjoyable to walk him. Unbelievable is the word I will use. We rang joe and asked him to visit as are young pup had bitten my son a few days ago. The vet advised on the phone to put him down and said it was cocker rage. We have a cocker (arlo 10months) and a shiz tzu (oreo5) the minute Joe walked into the house both boys went mad. Arlo was very aggressive ( I actually got bitten) and honestly I struggled badly. The problem was as joe explained to us was I was so anxious and we were making him worse. Oreo was actually causing arlo to have the reactions. Oreo is all bark and then standing back to let arlo be aggressive. Joe quickly informed us that arlo was so anxious. Joe was out for 3hours and both my boys are chilled and on there beds. We know we have to be consistent and training in us will need to continue. Joe has left a couple of hours now and both boys have went for a walk and now back on there beds sleeping. Joe was amazing , from the minute he walked in my home until he left he was confident, friendly, and knew exactly what he was doing! My dog ruairi is a rescue dog, he hadn't slept one night since we got him for three months we had to sleep down stairs with him, since Joe arrived we have never had another sleepless night! If I could give Joe 10 stars, I certainly would! In just three hours my dogs have been completely transformed. Within 5 minutes of Joe being here, our hyperactive springer-lab dog Marley has turned into a placid, relaxed dog as well as our XL bully Rita. This time yesterday my dogs were barking at every single person that walked passed my house, jumping up at any one who entered my house, but right now I'm watching them both lie sleeping in the same bed not the least bit concerned with what's going on outside. Joe has changed our lives, I’ve three dogs two boxers and a retriever. I couldn’t walk my dogs due to them pulling on the lead, they chewed my house up when I was away, when I was at home the followed me everywhere and anyone calling to my house dogs would jump all over them. I definitely had the dogs behaving very badly!

When speaking to Joe on the phone I knew this guy knew exactly how to help my dogs. Joe called about two weeks after Christmas and immediately seen what I was up against. Within an hour o Joe arriving my dogs were completely different.

Our training lasted approx 4-5 hours bare in mind I have three crazy’s…

After joes visit my I can honestly say I can walk all three dogs again easily they walk right beside me! My dogs don’t jump on people when they enter my house they remain calm, they don’t snap food from my hands and they listen without me bribing with treats! I still can’t get over the change! One of my dogs had severe anxiety over me and she has started to settle she even sleeps in her own bed in the kitchen!

Joe has worked wonders with my understanding of my dogs behaviour and needs.

My dog was an extremely anxious Cockapoo, this made him jump up on people, chew things and basically everything that dogs should not do.

After 4 hours with Joe, all them behaviours were gone!! I now have the skills to control my dog with simple one word commands. He doesn't bark at strangers, pull in the lead while out walking.... Everything has been transformed.

We had Joe out a week ago. He absolutely changed our lives with our 2 dogs. We couldnt get to our door without them trying to run out. One of the dogs barked at other dogs on walks, and the other lunged at everything. Now we can have a nice relaxed walked with our dogs and the lunging and barking is minimal and decreasing. I would just like to thank Joe making my life so much easier.
I have 22 month male German Shepard who got into a habit of jumping up and barking at people and traffic.
Joe visited me on sat morning and by the time he left I had a new dog.
He also sorted out the problem with my partners 8yr old yorkie who had taken a dislike to this young upstart that I brought into the house.
By the time he had finished both were laying next to each other.
