We asked The Corporate Chef - Alan! - to cater my mother's 89th Birthday lunch. From the first conversation to the last wipe of the kitchen they were great to deal with, flexible, responsive and professional/knowledgeable. They really love food and care about what they do. They are also very good at it - the food was of a very high standard and my parents and family were delighted with the whole experience. Alan just cooked the most beautiful meal for my 50th birthday . From start to finish it was faultless. I cannot recommend Alan highly enough, not only is his food amazing but he is a genuinely lovely man. Got to meet Angela tonight too and apart from being jealous that she is Alan's girlfriend and therefore can eat his food when ever she wants, thought she was lovely too. Alam catered for our family celebration providing canapés and a bbq. Planning with Alan was straightforward and he came up with exactly what we wanted. Alan was really responsive from the outset, helping decide on the menu and explaining how it would all work out on the night. It was exactly as he said - he served delicious food and tidied everything away so the kitchen was left spotless. It was wonderful to be able to enjoy fine dining from the comfort of our own home. The Corporate Chef have been a amazing from start to finish. The planning was smooth and organised, Alan was always very responsive to my numerous questions (! ), they were perfectly on time on the day, the food was absolutely amazing and the service was great. Although our kitchen is very small, they managed to make it work, get top food delivered and all of this on time. At the end of the night, the kitchen was left spotless (and I am a funny one myself about cleaning!).I can't thank the team enough for making this event such a good one. We got married on the day and just wanted to have a nice relaxing evening in the garden of the house in the evening. We are foodies and I have to say that without the canapes and bowl food that the Corporate Chef have created for us, this event would not have been the same. I definitely recommend!! ++++ More...

I contacted Alan & his team at short notice to cater for our staff returning to the offices as a welcome back, Alan responded very quickly & efficiently with all our requirements & was able to accommodate us. I felt quite nervous using professional caterers in this capacity for canapes for our engagement party, but Alan put me at ease and worked closely with me to fit our budget. On the day itself, him and his team were brilliant, friendly and attentive and most importantly, kept my mum out of the kitchen so she could enjoy herself.

We were a bit disappointed because of lockdown and having a 50th and 70th family birthday to celebrate. Normally we would go to London or perhaps the Waterside or Manoir, because of restrictions we opted for a private chef at ours, which we were looking forward to but didn't think it would be as good as actually going out. We were so wrong....it was better!!
Alan was so accommodating with our menu choices. On the evening he was as well as an amazing chef, also lovely to have in our home. He offered more potatoes, bread and olives and petit fours were included but not expected.
There was so much food that I couldn't finish my dessert, very unusual for me. From the canapés, to dessert the food was excellent in quality and taste. It would not have been better in a quality restaurant. How he does it in someone else's kitchen is beyond me. The monkfish was to die for. Have not stopped talking about it all day. Would definitely ask Alan again and if he opened a restaurant would immediately visit. Literally amazing, faultless. Thank you for a wonderful evening. More...

It was such a wonderful experience, Alan worked with me on the options and dietary requirements for our at home dining for two.
