Sophie was great, very professional, great personality and follow all of COVID guidelines. We spoke for a bit before we started for her to understand my situation and better assess me going forward. The massage was just right with the correct amount of pressure applied and she described exactly what she was going to do and explained how it would help, constantly checking if I was okay. After the session she gave me advice on what exercises and stretches I can do at home to aid my improvements and the following day checked in to make sure that I wasn't in any kind of pain. Sophie was fantastic, she came well prepared and was very professional. My massage was excellent and I can honestly say my shoulder pain is almost non existent afterwards. She also gave me reflexology which took the pain away in my sore feet.
