Did a combi boiler conversion and went above and beyond what I expected. Excellent service.

This is an accurate description of the circumstances around a recent installation July 2024.
Spoke with Matthew and discussed an installation of an A/C system with heat facility, the main intention being got it to heat 3 rooms in my home.
We agreed on a price of £4200 for a 10kw outdoor unit and 3 x 3.5kw indoor units.
The installation took 2 days in late July 2024 and was left partially completed and with some damage, see images for confirmation of the following:
1, A metal panel on the outdoor unit was damaged and the powder coat cracked, this was highlighted to Matthew who agreed to order a replacement from Samsung.
2, the external trunking to conceal the system pipes was partially completed, there is a T piece and elbow to be fitted and the trunking trimmed to size. I was advised the t piece and elbow were not in stock at the suppliers and he would order them.
3, Damage was caused to some new ceiling cornice when cutting an opening to install system pipes. I agreed to rectify this myself.
4, A large drill hole (approx 2.5 inches) in external rendering was made while routing pipes, this was left unrepaired.
I settled the installation price in good faith and was advised it would likely be a couple of weeks before the parts would be in stock and they would resend to complete the installation at that point.
As the weather started to cool off I started to try and use the heating side of the system to warm the 3 rooms in the house and found that the system was not working.
I spoke to the installer by phone and agreed a date to come back to finish the installation and test the heat side of the system. This day came but they did not attend.
I rang the installer and he said he would call back in 30 minutes which didn’t happen.
Since then I have made a number of calls, sent text messages, left voicemails and sent an email, none of which have been responded to.
This leaves me in the position of having £4200 worth of equipment incompletely installed and not fit in its current state for the purpose it was intended for.
This all seems like it could be easily rectified with some contact and the job finished. More...
