Horrendous company. They took 2.5k upfront and delivered after 6 months a Wordpress website. Couldn’t even design a logo which I had to do myself.

Avoid at all costs! I asked this company to build me a website to which they charged £8000. The price in comparison to the quality of work was far off what it should have been. Designs and efforts were very amateur, when you pay such a high price you expect the results to reflect. I also asked for numerous features and amendments to be made in accordance to my branding. Each time staxo failed to do what was asked, simple basic requests were brushed under the carpet and no effort to follow brand guidelines. When I questioned them about this I was met with constant denial of works completed even though I provided screenshots of what I’d previously asked for. After countless attempts asking them to amend things to how I wanted, it fell on deaf ears therefore I decided to part ways and ask for a refund based on the works completed and level of work. They have now decided to ignore all my correspondence after advising me they would reply to me with an outcome and resolution to the matter. It seems they clearly don’t want to honour any refunds and are ignoring any emails I send. So much for professionalism and fairness in 2025.
