AVOID!!!! Impersonating a proper drainage company in London, this company is aware.
Southern drain solutions have carried out work on a shared drain, so not authorised to do so by Severn Trent.
The work they did was so bad the issue was only rectified for 2 weeks before it failed again. Severn Trent are having to dig it all out and repair properly.
Communication stopped when we said we wanted a refund on the dodgy repair work. See you at small claims court 👍🏻

We called up due to a severe blockage we had on our property and we called Southern Drain Solutions due to there reputation and we are very happy we went with them as they located the blockage straight away and after the blockage was cleared Charlie gave us a CCTV survey which found cracks and fractures within the pipework and quoted us very good price to get the works carried out to ensure no further blockages occurred down the line.
