My case was a metaphor for all the bullies ive had to experience in my life. i meant the opposition no harm, took no money from them, but just wanted to take back my power unwillingly taken from me. David Nash helped me achieve this so beautifully that it left me emotionally overwhelmed. Im used to everything failing for me so to for once have beautiful peaceful closure is something i just couldnt put into words. i will forever be grateful for Nash, as, regardless of money, this was an act of kindness, to fight for someone too weak to speak up for themself. it should never be belittled as "just a job". its a noble job, im sure extremely difficult at times, but to actually give someone with inner turmoil and mental imbalances peace of mind is something you should never undervalue. we need to all learn to care for one another more, and i very much wish all of you love happiness and peace of mind. xxx More...

(We also have an office in Bloomsbury Street, near the British Museum, Central London WC1).
We are experienced in defending large claims brought by top legal firms as against out clients.
We can bring in the assistance of our own in house barristers (property and employment law), as well as outside specialist counsel.
We are one of only a few legal firms with bankruptcy being a core area of our work, including defending claims/applications by trustees in bankruptcy, as well as challenging their costs and expenses of the bankruptcy. We are experienced as well in representing directors in the defence of claims/applications by liquidators/the Treasury solicitor.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We are happy to do Zoom and Phone consultations on the occasions a face to face meeting is necessary (e.g. signing documents) we space out in our boardroom and provide masks and sanitizer.
