Did a great job, easy to talk to. Fair on price and do what they say. I'd recommend them.
Was pleased so have now booked them for a kitchen install, again fair price . If this goes well then i need them back for a bathroom... poor Scott cant escape!

Scott responded to my BARK enquiry within few minutes, and immediately felt that he devoted himself to the project- upgrading our shower room.

Done a garage conversion into a kitchen which consisted of knocking through walls and putting steel beams in new velux window plus brick up front and rear with windows put in re plaster through out and liked the quality of his work I asked him to do extra jobs around the house. again can’t thankyou enough Scott thanks for making mine and Hayley’s dreams into reality

Whilst I only got a quote from Scott as it stands, I felt a review was needed as he travelled out of his way to visit our home to price things up and was the only one our of multiple enquiries to get back to us quickly and I can't fault him on his professionalism and willingness to help!

I should have left 6* but Bark doesn't leave me to do it. So Ieft the standard 5*. I contacted Scott and James for my daughter's bedroom just for the ceiling and the walls but I was impressed by the professionalism and the quality of the services they offered and so I asked them to do all the jobs I have to do even those, I hadn't planned. They did the jobs from the floor to roof of my Victorian house. They refurbish all the kitchen, change the tiles and all the damaged components of the roof, skimmed the wall and ceiling of the other room I didn't planned. They are thrustworthy , committed and easy going people. We can trust them, and with them all problems can be solved. We called them "Misters No Problems"
This team is a amazing one I found in Bark and I would advise and recommand anyone who want or looking for someone to do the jobs into his or her house to request the help from them.

It's always difficult to find a reliable, trustworthy and professional tradesperson, but Scott Property Solutions was all of these things and more.

Scott installed a complete downstairs shower-room suite, fitted an outdoor tap, installed a new soil stack and even re-fitted and updated a family bathroom suite. To say we are happy with the work would be an understatement.

The quality of the workmanship is outstanding and has restored our faith that there are genuine professionals out there. We can’t recommend Scott highly enough and will be asking him back to fit our ensuite bathroom.

Excellent experience on my garage conversion. Scott managed to fit a bathroom with shower in a very small space, giving me a much bigger main room than I had expected. All work completed on time, as envisaged and to budget, with a friendly service- nothing is too much trouble for them (even put up brackets for my hanging baskets!) Scott property solutions are excellent, they contacted us as soon as we requested their help, they arranged the plan of work and have been extremely supportive and flexible when our bathroom furniture was delayed in arriving and we had to rearrange dates. We highly recommend this company

Scott and his Co worker are amazing, so friendly and reliant came when they said they would come. They did a thorough job making sure it was done to a high standard b4 finishing. They even cleaned up after themselves. I highly recommend this company.
