Paul and John have done a great job installing my new shower room.
From the start to the finish I was kept informed about the process and updated regularly.
On completion there was a small snagging list, but this was all sorted the very next day, and I am very pleased with the finished product.

From the moment Paul and Anna stepped into our home, we just knew they were the ones for us.
So friendly and reassuring.
Nothing was to much trouble, even when I changed my mind in design options. Anna did everything possible to make sure we were happy every step of the way.

What can I say Paul was absolutley brilliant nothing was too much trouble even if I changed my mind went over and above wat was needed would definitley recommend and will use again.

Rose renovations did so many things for us it's hard to list them all. From fitting our kitchen to putting new doors in. Every part of the jobs we're done to a high standard. We are very impressed. Along the way we had a few issues (not with Paul our kitchen supplier) and Paul came up with incredible solutions very quickly to solve the problems. He constantly suggested ideas meaning I didn't have to over think anything. I felt happy to trust him in my home. At one point he was here I was off work ill. He checked on me through the day and offered to get me things. His banter and stories are amazing. He honestly went above and beyond driving long distances to pick up tiles and changing things to fit my ideas. I honestly wouldn't hesitate to recommend him for any jobs. I definitely will be calling him again if we need something done. His wife is lovely too. She handles the paper work side of things. Paul and his team did a great job of turning our dated bathroom into a new modern shower room . The room was completely stripped back to the brick work . Paul replastered , fitted new shower , toilet ,sink and vanity units. He also found a few other problems along the which he kindly put right at no extra cost. Rose renovations recently fitted my new bathroom and kitchen and I can honestly say they’ve done a remarkable job. Paul and Liv went above and beyond for us due to having issues from the supply company (Peak Kitchens and Bathrooms), which left us without products to be able to complete the projects. But thanks to them both, we sourced duplicates and they finished both rooms to a extremely high standard. Thanks to Rose Renovations we got pulled out of a mess and now have the bathroom and kitchen we dreamt of and what the whole of our family love and enjoy using. Paul of Rose Renovations saved our bathroom from a disaster.
As we are now in our 70’s we decided to refurbish the bathroom and have the shower tray lowered as we became less firm. The kitchen firm we used turned the dream into a nightmare, wrong items kept being sent and had to be replaced. Worse their installer was horrendous, turning up at odd times or not at all. Storing all his tools and materials in our hall and on our leather settee!
He then built the shower tray almost a foot high with a two-tier step to get into it. It was propped up with offcuts of wood stacked on top of each other making it unstable.
We insisted he was taken off the job. Fortunately we were put in touch with Paul of Rose Renovations. We knew we had the right man when the first thing he asked was “why was the shower tray so high”. A breath of fresh air.
With his extensive knowledge he re sighted the tray to ground level, put right many of the dangerous installations and brought them up to current legislation and finished the job to an high standard.
Thank you Paul, we finally have our dream bathroom

Absolutely blown away with the result of our 3 bathrooms we had renovated by Paul and his wonderful daughter. They worked so efficiently whilst maintaining incredible attention to detail.
