Stayed till it was dark.
Cleaned up and made sure it was spotless.
These boys worked hard and I would highly recommend to anyone

Priced for 3 trees to be reduced in height , did a good job on two but did a runner after being paid cash and didn’t return and

The initial work was completed end of November , so if no one responds to a text or calls to explain why no one has been back , then i am left unaware of the situation. I used Andy for 2k worth of work. Initially he was attentive and responded quickly. After 3 days (I was away the final day) , Andy contacted to say he had nearly finished, sent an text with bank details with work outstanding (a few hours work), but needed the money quickly to replace a work vehicle next day. I checked with my wife and she indicated most of the work was done.
I sent the full amount ( which in hindsight was a mistake). Andy promised to return to complete the work , saying he would be at ours on the Sunday and never showed . He then refused to take our calls , so my wife phoned on her phone and he answered, promised to come and never showed again.
In summary Andy is capable but I wouldn't use again as he was not true to his word and I couldn't trust him, certainly don't pay until totally complete and fully satisfied

Hello paul , Im sorry that you haven't been able to get hold of Andrew, but he's been away due to a family bereavement I've looked in the book, and u was only scheduled to top a small silver birch ? (On the return) andrew and one of my colleagues were there for 3 full days, topping all of your trees approximately 12 on the one side And 4 cherry/apple trees were pollarded Andrew only left the silver birch due to the high winds on the days he was working there We as a company maintain a high standard of work and complete every job we do . With Christmas on top of us and logistical nightmare due to andrew being of we have been behind In the new year, we would happily come back and complete Thanks lewis

Andrew was employed to remove 10 60ft high conifers from between our garden and our neighbours. We had a shed and they had a greenhouse so precise care needed to be taken. Hello tony, Sorry for the delayed response. We have been closed from the 28th of april till the 8th of may And we haven't had no work booked in ? Due to us being on holidays. When was you ment to be booked in as i am unsure of who and when you was ment to be booked in as there is no record of it in our books.
