Sami and the team carried out our extension in Spring 2023 and we are so pleased with everything from start to finish. The extension started when our baby was only 3 months old and I really appreciated Sami’s communication and patience with me whilst I was struggling with sleepless nights and no kitchen. The work was water tight within 5 weeks which was super impressive (so much so that I wasn't ready with a chosen kitchen!). However Sami was flexible and came back to fit the kitchen once I was ready. The team were super tidy and the dust and disruption was at a minimal. We live in a tight cul de sac and they worked around this perfectly. They were here every weekday in ALL weathers, and we really did have it all! I have found it rare to find a builder who is also good at communication, on time and organised so this was very welcome. The team came and did a very thorough quote that I was able to amend and adapt over the planning of our rewire. We were able to discuss all matters throughout and agreed a price and install time. The work was finished to a high standard and we are particularly thankful to Simon who was on site. I had Chris and his team install a kitchen, but as they progressed through the project, they were able to complete other tasks needed to renovate my flat including, updating the water heating system, the electrics and replastering individual walls. Overall, I am please with the quality of work and how professional the team were. They took my suggestions onboard, but also made suggestion to produce a better finish in areas. I am pleasantly surprised as i have never had a good experience with builders but the team were very professional and carried out the work to a high quality without cutting corners.
