Excellent price. Went to extremes to do a good job. They were recommended to me and i have recommended them to friends.

Disappointed that they worked of a ladder rather than a platform, the main reason for choosing pvcleaning. However they did an excellent job and couldn't fault the workmanship.

When I received my exceptionally good quote for cleaning 8 solar panels from lichen, I did wonder whether it was a scam trying to get my 20% deposit money. How wrong I was. The service provided by Alex was excellent and courteous. He beavered away to make my panels look like new. Into the bargain he made sure my guttering and down pipe was clean and running free. Disappointing, the first job they did at my property was a reasonable standard and had no issues. They were very helpful and did a good job. The second time they came to fit mesh around the solar panel for bird protection. Unfortunately a bird was trapped under the panel and could not get out. PV suggested that the bird was not there when they fitted the panel. In both scenario if the bird was under the roof prior or gained access to the roof through the mesh - both scenarios would indicate an ineffective method/job at bird prevention. Unfortunately in communicating this to PV cleaners, the response was not forthcoming. I would approach any work with this company in future with caution and make sure you are around to inspect the quality of work. More...
