Adam got in touch within 24 hours, and we quickly arranged a time for him to come assess things. From there, he explained that it was an easy job that he could do right away and gave me a price in advance, which I was happy to accept.
He also offered to come back at a different time (so I didn't feel pressured into accepting the work without having time to think it over first).
I was happy for him and his team to continue, and a couple of hours later the work was done and all branches and mess tidied away. Adam was polite throughout, explained what he was doing, and was very careful regarding safety of falling branches (next doors kids were fascinated by a guy with a chainsaw chopping off bits of tree).
I'd thoroughly recommend him and would use the company again.
