PRO-FELL TREE AND LANDSCAPE SERVICES

Originally planned for the Wednesday but their Tuesday job had been postponed and my Tuesday work had been cancelled so agreed to do the work that day. Arrived mid morning as arranged and began job immediately. Job done and tidied by 6 pm.
Job was very large Leylandii with neighbour's vehicle restricting access. Highly professional and skilled workforce and would recommend them to anybody.

I had 2 trees removed and they also tidied up an overgrown area around the side of the house and laid a shingle path for me. I was very pleased with the result, they were very professional and cleaned up fully (including next door where some leaves and twigs had fallen). From the very start of an initial phone call to discuss my job, James was polite and professional. A price for removing my large trees was shred on the phone and James and his team were brilliant, charming and utterly conscientious in their work. Whilst James was on site, we also agreed a plan for additional landscaping and again James and carried out the work to a very high standard but also did not blink an eye to help undertake other work on my garden free of charge. I cannot think of any other professionals who would do this and not only was the finished work completed to a very high standard but the cleaning up afterwards was very much appreciated where the team took their time to ensure my garden and those of my neighbours was left perfectly as though they never there. Excellent service, made an enquiry on Bark and Profell answered within 2 minutes, they quoted over the phone and arrived within an hour, they removed a large tree from my drive which had electrical and phones wires running through it, they did a fantastic job, removed all the debris with no fuss at all, I will definitely be recommending these guys.

James and his colleague are excellent! Myself and a neighbour hired this Firn to trim and remove large trees blocking day light entering our homes, as well as limiting the enjoyment of our town house balconies. The team done such an excellent job that several other neighbours approached and requested them to do the same for their properties (or similar jobs, eg Ivy removal). Needless to say, James and his colleague created quite a positive stir within the neighbourhood and we are all very happy with the quality of the work carried out (and clean up).
