prestige came out to fix a tile which fell off the roof. He came next day and put it back in. Also was kind enough to check the rest of the roof and fix 2 tiles back into place, which had come loose over time.

I know this because my leak turned out to be more stubborn than expected and persisted after the initial repair to mortar and flashing, which was done in failing light having been stuck in traffic. When the dripping returned during storm Babet, prestige promised to be round the next day (Sunday) and refund me if it couldn't be fixed and required more work. True to his word he was back and fixed the leak. I think he probably would have found this on the first visit had he not been held up and has a bit more time and light.
