When we discovered the problems with our roof, Billy gave us a competitive quote and got on with the work promptly. His men were hard working and very pleasant, as were the scaffolding crew. Billy was great he explained everything very clearly and was very supportive especially as I’d had a bad experience with another roofing company who had left my roof in a mess.
The job ended up being bigger than we’d originally agreed due to the previous roofers bad workmanship, but Billy very much left the decision to me after explaining what else was wrong.
He stayed in contact throughout the job and his team worked hard and cleared up after themselves. They took photographs throughout the job to show what needed doing and what they had done.
They have assured me if there are any problems they’ll be straight back to sort them out.
Fingers crossed I picked the right ones this time. More...

Billy and his team could not have been more helpful. All the work they did was discussed, planned,executed well and any previous work done by other companies that would prevent a good job was altered to enable the job to be done properly. All the workers were polite and friendly and each evening they tidied away all the equipment. The job ended. I was shown everything that had been done and the property was cleared of all debris made during the job. If I was ever asked for a recommendation, this firm would be top of the list. Thank you.
