Just returned from 6 nights in Riverview Cottage. What is not to love about this place. Beautiful view, very clean accommodation. Complimentary coffee/teas, proper bottled milk and crisps. Loaned us some disability aids free of charge for our stay. Warm friendly welcome from Hannah and Staff. Never been anywhere the bed is more comfortable than at home, it was here. Enclosed garden the Dogs enjoyed the freedom of. (No charge for Dogs) Garden chairs to relax in the lovely garden. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Lovely walk across the fields to Ludham Bridge bakery, fresh made bread, cakes, sausage rolls etc, they were still warm when I collected them.|Beautiful Broads in this area. Heron Cottage was our accommodation at Hall Farm cottages & they are just as the previous reviews stated, peace & quiet - lovely Host (Hannah) & staff - good base for sight seeing - nice relaxing lake on sight if you wish to fish -also nice pleasant walk down to the river on a well maintained track for fishing or relaxing & watch the boats go by - accommodation very comfortable kitted out with all you need for your stay here:| Team Hannah, keep up the good work you do an excellent job||Best Regards|David & Josie

Had a lovely one week stay at Woodview cottage. The cottage has a good level of accessibility for wheelchair uses. Hannah was very helpful both during the booking process and during our stay. She lent me a shower chair free of charge. She also immediately came to help when we had a problem with the heating, and resolved the issue. Great service!||One possible area to consider in the future could be having at least one of the cottages with a no dogs policy. Having previously stayed and enjoyed a relaxing short break here I took the opportunity to have a longer stay, 7 days, tied in around a family wedding in the area. It is so relaxing and peaceful here. I enjoyed some nice walks in the area, sat by the river and peacefully watched the world go, watched owls and other birds of prey hunting in the surrounding fields and visited some nice local places aswell as attending a wedding and visiting family in the area. I really enjoyed the fishing on site, catching a couple of lovely tench as well as a lot of smaller stuff, didn't manage to catch any of the carp though unfortunately and there are some fairly big ones in there...next time!!|Hannah and the team are great, very helpful and I will be back to stay again. Booked Kestrel and Heron together. We found Hannah to be so helpful prior to our arrival, thank you so much. The accommodation was lovely, clean and everything we could hope for. The downstairs shower room was spacious for mum in law. We was able to walk the dog around the site and the little secure garden ideal. Visited The New Inn, Foundry Arms (30 mins drive but so worth it), fur and feather, no complaints. Visited Cromer, tiny motorbike museum, aircraft museum and boat ride on Mississippi. My wife and I stayed here for 2 nights a friend's wedding. Honestly such a lovely, well kept, homely place to stay. The cottage we had, had a lovely comfy bed and a spacious room. The kitchen had some lovely added complimentary bits. A cafeteria coffee is always so nice to have! We really appreciated that.|The kitchen had everything we needed and everything was clean and tidy. With lots of little touches that really added to homely welcoming vibe.||There was a gorgeous area for the marquee next to the pond and it was incredibly idyllic and very conveniently placed. The nearby towns were great to visit and drive through. And the electric car charger was super useful too.||All in all I would recommend Hill farm cottages to everyone who is looking for a homely and spacious place to stay. More...

We had a lovely holiday, We were a family of 8 adults and had 2 cottages, Bridge View and Heron. The cottages were very comfortable. Nothing seemed too much trouble for Hannah to make our stay a memorable one, especially making sure our 89year-old mother was well looked after. The men enjoyed the fishing in the lake and we all loved watching the wildlife in the garden and the fields opposite. We would not hesitate in recommending the cottages and hope to return sometime in the future. More...

We have stayed at Hall Farm Cottages many times, going back to when it was first opened and we have never been disappointed. This year we again stayed in Kestrel which for just my husband and I is perfect. Its peaceful and very well kept. we enjoyed our walks across the field to the Broads and were lucky to see Marsh Harriers, Buzzards, Reed Buntings and a Reed Warbler. The highlight has to be the nesting Kestrels! The weather wasn't the best, but always plenty to do and lots of places to eat. No doubt we will be back! More...

What a wonderful experience we had here for my daughters wedding. Well, more of a festival than a normal wedding! We built a dome, fire garden, games for the kids, coffee truck and more. Hanna our contact there was amazing. Could not have been more helpful with helping us not only with building the dome and other areas but with the ceremony itself on this gorgeous island in the middle of woodland. Such a gorgeous spot!. "We have had an amazingly relaxing stay at Hall Farm Cottages - it was spotlessly clean when we arrived, its fantastically equipped, really is like home from home! (Even Oscar &Milo were catered for). The Broads are literary on your doorstep with fantastic walks . The village of Horning is a short stroll away with a selection of pubs along with an excellent restaurant and deli ….. to complete this fabulous location , the coast is only a 15 minute drive away . I have been staying here as a repeat customer over 20 years, absolutely love the location and set up here, which gets even better year on year. Hannah and her team totally excel at the services provided at this beautiful location.This year we again stayed here for a family gathering of 30 cousins and offspring(after a previous stay 5 years ago), and we will be returning!The cottages are super clean, cosy and well equipped with all you could need, the games room is a fantastic extra and perfect for the big group party (ages 2 - late 60's!).Dog friendly, amazing laundry and extra fridge available, lovely local walks to the broads, bakery delivery service if required.Thanks again!
