Absolutely amazing service. Started using Pinnacle in November and my child was on a 2 in English language and literature.

Science Tutoring
Excellent service from Ajiri and the team. My grandson just achieved a grade 7 in his mock, and he has come a long way to achieve his. We have used pinnacle for a while now, and his Science teacher, Kay, has been amazing giving him homework and detailed feedback. He enjoys the lessons so much, we dont have to remind him and he is truly independent. We will be using pinnacle until his exams. My son was failing in Maths until I came across Pinnacle 3 months ago. My son was predicted a grade 3, and was very unsure as to why he was failing, despite doing his homework’s and his best. His Maths tutor, Flynn, quickly identified his problem and worked with her persistently and patiently. I’m was very pleased to see his progress, and most importantly his confidence. Started off really well, had a phone call and student options were discussed for 3 core subjects. Costs were discussed and agreed. I was told I would recieve profiles of student tutors and the cost agreed in writing. I did not recieve this. I tried calling multiple times to chase and left a voice message. No one got back to me. My partner tried calling off a different number, as soon as it rang off and before he had chance to put the phone down, he had a call straight back. (In my opinion, it felt as though my number was purposely being ignored.) Again, my partner discussed about the information above being sent across to myself, again they advised that they would email what was discussed. The next day I recieved an email with 1 profile (not a student) no further information. I emailed straight back requesting the information discussed. Still no response. I had high hopes after my first conversation, but unfortunately to be let down. More...

I would like to say it was a really nice experience dealing with Adam from pinnacal learning who gave a me call after I requested a online math tutor for my daughter on Bark.
My daughter needed to resit her gcse maths and she needed extra help to get her the pass grade.
He explained what they can do and it was easy to set up the initial assessment on the Teams app.
The tutor that Adam set us up with was great. Flyn explained things really well and my daughter, although wasn't keen with the online tutoring to start with, really enjoyed the experience.
The work set can be shared and uploaded through the teams app.
I would recommend this company and Adam was really helpful and understanding to what we needed.

Our tutoring sessions are available with an experienced tutor or a qualified teacher. Our lessons are available via our online classroom (Microsoft teams) or in person (subject to tutor availability).
