Fraser has been extremely good regarding communicating with us, from coming out to view the work, providing the quote through to confirming when the work could be completed.
We have found fraser to be friendly, polite and respectful of our property.

We met Fraser as he was putting up a new fence for our neighbour joining our property so we got to reap the benefits of a lovely new fence as well. We found Fraser to be very pleasant and accommodating. He worked incredibly hard, and was consistent to the end of the job. The quality of his work is first class and attention to detail is second to none. As an added bonus he sings a lot while working! We would not hesitate in recommending him.

Phoenix Services did a great job putting in our new fence for a good price. Fraser was able to book us in quickly and was kind enough to leave us some wood stain so we could match it to our other fence.

Fraser responded to our Bark quickly and was able to visit our house the next morning to measure for a new side gate. Fraser was very friendly, polite and professional. The gate was installed today and we are very impressed with the quality of finish as Fraser was highly skilled with his craftsmanship. The gate and it’s frame are bespoke. We contacted Fraser at Phoenix after we were recommended them to repair our fence which was blown down in the storm. Fraser was able to fit us in in a timely fashion, completed the works quickly and the new fence looks great! Professional service all round!

We recently has Fraser replace fencing we had damaged inthe recent storm. His work was exemplary and he was helpful and a pleasure to have around. We would highly recommend him.

Exceptional service, my property was respected. Fraser is professional, discreet & clean. Responded to my request within 2 minutes of me posting. ( I'm still awaiting a callback from my local fencing company, I'd chased them twice in December for a quote too). My back garden fence was 1 storm away from being completely down. Fraser did the quote & upon my agreement materials ordered & fence completed in 2 days. Fraser also removed old fence panels , posts etc. Also had front garden fence completed, within a day with removal of old fence, posts etc.

This gentleman worked for me to lay my kitchen floor.He was very professional gave me a good quote before I excepted this work he was always on time polite and his workmanship was really good,I was a bit of an awkward customer but he always adapted and met my needs.
