We took end of Tenancy cleaning service from Pearl Lemon.
Prices were reasonable however there was no mention of materials to be provided while booking. We did get the materials and the cleaner assigned tried her best however when we booked our assumption was a professional cleaning team with proper equipments would get the work done and not a single cleaner with the usual materials that we use for cleaning.
Eventually, the landlord has requested for top up cleaning which would get deducted from our deposit.
The review given is for the efforts of the cleaner. I'm not happy with the arrangements and efforts of the company. More...
